Great service. The only thing I would mention and it has nothing to do with sales or the centre as such, is the voluntary return process to mini finance. I have current complaint in place as the information was not clear on this process.

It took a long time while I was waiting. The waiting area was noisy with music playing and the tv on. I was asked to come in at 8.30am. My car was not moved until 9.15am. The salesperson was very pleasant

I was called a number of times to arrange the service, it turns out that it was arranged a month early. It's not a very impersonal service, you clock in via a machine and deposit your key. I feel my vehicle could have been serviced in a time slot

girl who took payment was argumentative, I requested a print out of my service history as you don't give service books anymore. Car failed MOT on one front windscreen wiper. I had replaced the other one 2 weeks earlier but insisted replace 2 at £45!
