My MOT was scheduled for 8.30. I arrived on time and waited at the service centre for completion. It was over 3hours latter that my vehicle was ready, longer than was advised.

The work was completed sooner than promised. An addditional issue was taken seriously & was rectified without additional expense, although it involved not inconsequential additional work. The polite & professional way that this problem was addressed.

The work on the mini was done to a high standard. The customer service could have been better. I had to recall a number of times after being promised a call back for updates. Also wrong part ordered which delayed the job and the car being completed

I rang in suspecting a problem with my brakes. I was given a next day appointment for investigation & health check. Great communication throughout & even with it being a bank holiday weekend & a new part not in stock, my car was fixed very quickly.

Charged an incorrect price, a difference of £45.27 which was apparently for resetting the warning lights. I was not told this. I have text message & email confining my approved work of £474.21, I was charged £529.49.

I was called a number of times to arrange the service, it turns out that it was arranged a month early. It's not a very impersonal service, you clock in via a machine and deposit your key. I feel my vehicle could have been serviced in a time slot

girl who took payment was argumentative, I requested a print out of my service history as you don't give service books anymore. Car failed MOT on one front windscreen wiper. I had replaced the other one 2 weeks earlier but insisted replace 2 at £45!
