I made a mistake with my booking, and somehow it hadn't gone through. After travelling almost four hours to get there, I was understandably worried. However, the team were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and genuinely kind.

The work on the mini was done to a high standard. The customer service could have been better. I had to recall a number of times after being promised a call back for updates. Also wrong part ordered which delayed the job and the car being completed
