We are very satisfied with our overall experience at MINI Sunderland and delighted with our new MINI Countryman Monochrome E. Although the wait since April was considerable, the car has been well worth it. Collection went smoothly and satisfactorily.

Any queries I had were answered, and all options of car given or explored in some way. Tom and Dave could not have been more helpful in finding something for me, despite having a strict budget. They found me the very best deal that I love.

Tom R did a great job, authentic guy, worked hard for us when we were in a tight spot. I was happy to go elsewhere at first but he quickly gained our trust and ultimately delivered the goods (+teddy!).

Service said link arms need replacing. I informed that I had Vertu extended warranty and they said they would check if it was covered. I have phoned, emailed and left voicemails and nobody returns calls. I still don't know if warranty covers it.
