Tom instigated our communication with a review phone call (agreed 1 year ago) during which he invited me to sales event. I was interested in a replacement car but did not feel pushed. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

The customer facing staff are always friendly and helpful. My only issue has been the quotes for additional work. During a service in Jan 26 brakes 70% worn. Not 3 months later brakes 50% worn. Next service again new brakes needed???
