All of the staff at Vertu Sunderland have been extremely helpful throughout every srep of the purchasing process but a special mention must be made of Tom Rapp, who has dealt with us since the test drive till the handover and beyond. Superb!

Most of the problems occurred after I had signed the deal. I was very tempted at one stage to pull out. Tom tried very hard to rectify things, and we got there in the end.
